Schedule Engine
Privacy Policy

Schedule Engine provides field service scheduling, provider communication, customer management, billing, and automation tools for service businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in the Schedule Engine web app and iOS app.
Information we collect
Account and business data
We collect login details, business profile information, team member records, provider access details, service settings, and billing account details needed to run Schedule Engine.
Client, job, and schedule data
The app stores client records, addresses, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, payments, notes, assignments, reminders, and schedule activity entered by business users.
Messages and notifications
Schedule Engine stores chat messages, provider and admin message activity, in-app bell notifications, push notification routing data, reminder status, and delivery metadata.
Photos and device permissions
If users upload or capture photos for jobs, the app processes those images for the selected job or visit. Camera and photo access are used only when a user chooses to capture or attach media.
Usage and technical data
We may process session cookies, device or browser information, IP address, server logs, diagnostic events, and security records to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Automation and AI data
When automation or AI Employee features are enabled, relevant messages, job details, client context, tool results, and confirmation records may be processed to generate replies, reminders, summaries, or workflow actions.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, schedule and assign work, show provider and admin updates, send reminders and notifications, process billing and payments, support customers, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the reliability of Schedule Engine.
Consent and permissions
Device permissions such as camera, photos, and notifications are requested only when needed for the related app feature. Users can change device permission choices in iOS Settings. Business owners can also manage notification and automation settings inside Schedule Engine where available.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers only as needed to run the product:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, realtime, and row-level security.
- Stripe for subscription billing, invoice payments, payment method management, and related payment records.
- Apple Push Notification service or another push provider for native notification delivery when enabled.
- Email, SMS, and phone providers for support messages, reminders, client communication, and provider communication.
- Google Maps or map providers for address display and map previews when map features are used.
- AI service providers, such as Anthropic, when AI Employee or automation features are enabled by the business account.
- Hosting, logging, and infrastructure providers needed to operate the web app and iOS app backend.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers, when directed by the business account, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and the service. Service providers are expected to protect user data consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support business records.
Security
We use authentication, tenant scoping, row-level security, HTTPS, access controls, and operational safeguards to help protect stored information.
Your choices
You can update account and business data in the app where available. You can also contact support to request help with access, correction, export, deletion, or consent withdrawal where legally available.
Children
Schedule Engine is intended for businesses and their authorized team members, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
